These terms cover the QuantRadar iOS app. The website has separate terms.

Educational only

QuantRadar is an educational mechanical posture radar for US tickers. It is not a broker, not investment, tax, or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for trading decisions. There is no guarantee of outcomes.

Purchases

The app is free to download. Optional one-time unlock is sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple’s terms govern billing, refunds, and restore. Website subscriptions do not unlock the iOS app.

Data & accuracy

Scores are mechanical indicators computed on device from public market bars. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. When bars cannot be loaded, the app fails closed and does not invent a trade.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortune Insight, LLC is not liable for trading losses or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
