Free / guest features are free. For paid Pro subscriptions processed via Stripe:

Within 7 days of first paid charge: full refund on request if you have not abused the service (mass scraping / resale).
After 7 days: prorated refunds discretionary; annual plans may be refunded as unused months at our discretion.
Chargebacks: contact us first; fraudulently disputed charges may result in account closure.
